CHILDREN’S BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
What makes us different?
Smaller class size
We want your child to participate.
We limit our class sizes from fourteen to twenty four and provide 3-5 coaches per class.
Researched and developed world class program
Our teaching methods, structure, and strategies are the same as the best kids Jiu-Jitsu schools in the world.
No extra fees, ever.
No testing fees, belt promotion fees and we do not upsell, pressure sales, fundraisers, etc.
Regina’s ONLY Advanced Kids Class
We offer Regina’s only advanced class for Kids (Saturdays, Sundays 12-1:15)
This is for kids who are well developed in the art and show a strong desire to learn.
Real, Practical Self Defense.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is as real as it gets. We have modeled our program around the top performing schools in the world to provide cutting edge instruction and coaching. Kids learn modern techniques and apply them in sparring or in games every class. We limit the number of children in our programs so that we can work closely with them to ensure they succeed.
No Head Trauma
There is no striking in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, it is a technical grappling martial art. We reinforce habits so children are conscious of avoiding any and all head trauma whether it is in the gym or should they have conflict in the real world.
Our aim is to help instill the tools children need to be strong, confident and respectful. We work along side our kids to build strong work ethic, the ability to work as a team and independently, listening skills, concentration, focus, and most importantly - compassion.
Kids experience the rewards that come through discipline by applying themselves, working hard, listening and paying attention. We focus on our student’s emotional discipline such as staying calm during conflict, real-time problem solving, and not having to seriously hurt another child to defend his/herself.
