What is Jiu Jitsu?

An outlet to burn excess thoughts, sharpen the mind and body and be nourished by an environment of goal orientated individuals. It is an ever-evolving, practical form of self-defense. A game of human chess, that is both intellectually simulating and great exercise. A fight, a sport, and an art, uniquely created by the individual practicing it.

Adult Class Descriptions

All classes are beginner friendly and open to all skill levels

Fundamentals (Beginner) Class
Tuesday and Thursday 7-830pm

These classes are perfect for one with little to no experience.
Classes are intentionally kept small to make sure everyone is receiving direct attention and coaching.
Class consists of warmup, and exploration into the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and self defense.
We limit the amount of beginners in these sessions to ensure attention and quality instruction and coaching.

Jiu-Jitsu Class
Monday and Wednesday 715-830pm

Our most popular classes begin with warm up and/or ~20 minutes of technique.

Students are prescribed technique that suits their specific needs or may practice anything they have researched on their own from instructionals.

Students then engage in different types of sparring for the rest of the session. Individuals needs are assessed, and coaching provided during and after training. After class, students are welcome to stay an additional hour to continue free sparring.
